We Are Spies!

  Dreamer just saw Tiger walk across the window! Going upstairs! It's 9:41 on Friday night, and Dreamer...just...saw...Tiger...in the window!
  It could have been another person, Dreamer admits, but this person was wearing wavy pajamas that apparently Tiger has. So...it was her!
  Tiger, please report. Did you walk upstairs wearing wavy pajamas on Friday night? And if so, was it at 9:42? Or 9:41? Or anywhere around 9:40?
