For the conclusion of this three-part post, I would like to reminisce a bit about some of our finest 2011 Lords of the Pencil moments -- and fantastic moments in general.
Lords of the Pencil, 2011...
January: Season 3 of The Ceiling Fan premiered, causing wild excitement and rejoicing among Lords of the Pencil club members (and Miss Templado and Tiger rejoiced in their hearts, although they had not heard TCF).
February: We procrastinated doing anything for Lords of the Pencil. A pretty boring LOTP month, overall.
March: Actually, March was pretty similar.
April: On April 7th, we celebrated another Lords of the Pencil club birthday. We were officially three years old! (I think. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this year I think we'll be four.)
May: Thank the Lord, the blog was created and we stopped procrastinating our meetings!
June: The Lords of the Pencil First Annual Fantastic Writing Contest of Awesomeness was held, with prizes for winners and some excellent entries. Also, A Text to Save the World was begun. Also, come to think of it, Raistlin joined the ranks!
July: I (President Fantasy) traveled to Italy, leaving Vice President Raistlin in charge for two weeks. This caused scandal among club members.
August: Raistlin wrote his first official bit of writing on the Lords of the Pencil, being Chapter 4 of ATTSTW. Actually, that's his only official bit of writing thus far, besides the beginning to his story.
September: The first post on the blog to actually make me crack up laughing appeared. It is -- I believe -- possibly the strangest and most off topic post ever to appear on the blog...and strangely enough, I find that it might be my favorite. The prize goes to Miss Templado, with her post titled: S.O.S. Also, the club member interviews appeared on the blog for the first time.
October: In October, everyone in the LOTP club learned about NaNoWriMo for the first time, and some decided to attempt it. Plots were decided, interviews with characters were written, and such. November was planned out, with a visit to Christopher Paolini and Inheritance involved!
November: The busiest month of the year! NaNoWriMo took place, with all our participating club members winning. Inheritance was released, and we all made an LOTP outing to go see Christopher Paolini at the Redmond Library!
December: We wound down for a month, and entered the Ceiling Fan Hijack! And...rang in 2012, and another fantastic new year!
I hope you have enjoyed this look back at 2011, and I hope 2012 is just as fun and exciting!
On another note, I am inspired by looking back at all these great posts to create a new award!
That's right: It's taken from the Office of Letters and Light blog, and it's called The Bloggy Award. For each month, one person will receive The Bloggy Award. What is it? Well...You'll have to see! But it's a trophy that you keep for one month, then at the end of the month, you give the award away to whoever you feel has created the funniest, most original, or overall best post that month. And no, that cannot be yourself.
For the month of January, I will be picking the winner. Then that winner will pick at the end of February, and that winner at the end of March...and so on.
So if you feel particularly witty one day, write a post! You may find yourself in possession of the beautiful and coveted Bloggy Award!
Happy New Year's, everybody. As Tiny Tim says... "God bless us, every one!"

Hm... I shall go and write a new post... maybe if it is good enough I could win the Bloggy Award... I doubt it though. Maybe though...
